| mondoBIOTECH holding AG (SIX: RARE) announces today the completion of its capital increase |
| Stans - February, 18 2010 – mondoBIOTECH holding AG (SIX: RARE) announces today the closing of its capital increase. The Company has raised CHF 9.2 million. Assuming execution, the options are expected to generate an additional contribution of gross CHF 1.7 million within the next three years. The expected placement of the newly offered shares and options with Imperial Fund Ltd. as a result of its pre-commitment as communicated by mondoBIOTECH has been completed in the measure of31%. In aggregate, subscriptions for 79'134 new shares and 11'141 options equal to 26% of the offered shares and 4% of the offered options have been received in the Offering. Given the difficult economic environment, the Company considers the outcome of the Offering as positive. The Company's Board of Directors has decided to proceed with the Offering as planned. Therefore, the first trading day of the newly issued shares is expected to be February, 19 2010 and delivery of the newly issued shares and options is expected to occur on February 22, 2010. |

| Silver Spring/Stans February, 3 2010 – After completion by Mondobiotech of a Phase II study where inhaled Aviptadil was shown to have a unique safety profile and promising signals of long term efficacy over currently approved therapies in patients affected by Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH), United Therapeutics Corporation’s Lung Rx subsidiary and Mondobiotech finalized a global strategic partnership focused on the development of Aviptadil for a range of indications, as for example PAH, Sarcoidosis, Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) and Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS). The platform can generate more than 1 billion CHF turnover. United Therapeutics, a successful biotech company, listed at the NASDAQ with a capitalization of over 3 billion USD, and specialized in finding and developing therapies for PAH and other pulmonary diseases with 2 PAH products already on the market, will be responsible for further development and commercialization of the Aviptadil platform. |

| mondoBIOTECH holding AG: interim financial results for Q3 2009 |
| Stans, 25 January 2010. mondoBIOTECH holding AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: RARE) is publishing today its unaudited interim financial results for Q3 2009 which will be part of the offering circular which is being published tomorrow, 26 February 2009. The Company realized revenues of CHF 12.17 million in the nine months ended 30 September 2009, mainly resulting from services delivered to third parties as well as some outlicencing fees. This is an increase of +11% in comparison to CHF 10.97 million during the same period in 2008. The overall result of the period was a loss of CHF 7.43 million which is a slight increase of the deficit by 4% when compared to the loss of CHF 7.12 million during the same period in 2008.
