mondoBIOTECH holding AG (“mondoBIOTECH”) today announces that the transaction between Pierrel S.p.A. and its shareholder Fin Posillipo S.p.A. regarding the participation of the latter directly into the share capital of Pierrel Research International AG ("PRINT"), announced by Pierrel S.p.A. on the 13 May 2013, will not have any impact on the business combination with PRINT which was announced by mondoBIOTECH on the 24 January 2013 (the "Transaction").
