	Ruggero Gramatica CEO and Board Member Ruggero Gramatica has an extensive depth and breadth of experience in startups and companies’ turnaround particularly in the services industry.  Bringing strategic leadership as well as technological and operational expertise to bear. Ruggero holds an Engineering degree from the Politecnico di Milano University, an MBA from the University of Chicago and is currently pursuing a PhD in Applied Mathematics researching the field of Econophysics at King’s College London. Ruggero has contributed to the growth and expansion of 6 successful start-up companies (including Fastweb, Covad Communications, PacificBell, Omnitel-Vodafone, Bulldog and OnTelecoms) contributing to the establishment of DSL Broadband and GSM cellular services in the United States and across Europe. Amongst these ventures Ruggero was one of the founders of FastWeb, an innovative Italian telecommunications operator that pioneered 'triple-play' on fiber-to-the-home networks and xDSL access technology. Ruggero was Founder and Chief Executive Officer of NextEdge Partners, an international consultancy firm set up providing advisory services and consultancy to Communication Providers across Europe. The company specialized in Mergers and Acquisitions and key projects included the acquisition of Bulldog Communications and Monaco Telecoms for Cable and Wireless plc and the start-up of Erenis and its sale. Consultancy clients included Swisscom, Deutsche Telecom and Cable and Wireless. Ruggero Gramatica was one of the founders and Chief Executive Officer of OnTelecoms SA and remains a Board Member of both the operating and holding companies. He was born in 1965. 	Fabio Cavalli Executive Chairman, Chief Business Architect and Founder Fabio Cavalli is Mondobiotech’s Executive Chairman, Chief Business Architect and one of the founders of Mondobiotech. Fabio Cavalli has founded several successful start-ups in IT, consumer services and sports goods fields, gaining thereby considerable marketing and sales experience. Fabio Cavalli was born in 1955.
	Dr. habil. Dorian Bevec Scientific Auditor-in-Chief and Founder Dr. habil. Dorian Bevec is Mondobiotech’s Chief Science Officer and Scientific Auditor-in-Chief and a co-founder of Mondobiotech. Dorian Bevec holds a Ph.D. (Dr. rer. nat.) from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich and a habilitation (Venia Docendi) from the University of Vienna. Prior to that, Dorian Bevec had been working as Head of Molecular Biology and project team leader at the Sandoz Research Institute in Vienna for ten years and at Axxima AG in Martinsried for two years. 	Vera Cavalli Chief KlosterPHARMACY, Founder and Board Member Vera Cavalli is Mondobiotech’s Chief Pharmacy Officer and one of the founders of Mondobiotech. Vera Cavalli graduated in pharmacy at the University of Basel. Prior to that, she gained five years of pharmacy business experience working in various pharmacies. From 1999 to 2000 she worked in the sales department for the Swiss market of the pharmaceutical company Searle SA (Monsanto group). Vera Cavalli was born in 1968. Member of the Executive Committee
	Patrick Pozzorini CFO and Founder Patrick Pozzorini is Mondobiotech’s Chief Financial Officer and one of the founders of Mondobiotech. Patrick Pozzorini holds a degree in business economics from the University of Zurich. Prior to that, Patrick Pozzorini was Chief Financial Officer for a start-up company active in the field of the web based enterprise management. From 1995 to 2000, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers AG and from 1992 to 1995 for Fidinam Group. Patrick Pozzorini was born in 1967. Member of the Executive Committee
	Maria Teresa D'Antonangelo Bühlmann COO Maria Teresa has obtained a degree in law at the University of Parma in 2000 and is admitted to bar since 2003. She gained an in-depth knowledge and experience in international commercial law and intellectual property law, with a specialization in patents and copyright. Her professional experience started with the a post degree work at the University of Parma, where she was then admitted to the Doctorate in Commercial Law and Intellectual Property. Then, she worked in the international law firm Freshfield Bruckhaus Deringer in Milan, where she was assisting international leading software companies and worldwide leading magazines for copyright infringement. Maria Teresa joined then the Intellectual Property Law Office of Avvocati Associati in Milan, working for many years together with Prof. Mario Franzosi in international patent litigations, assisting biotech, pharmaceutical and international fashion industry in licensing and patent infringement litigations worlwide.  Maria Teresa is author of many publications in the field of Copyright and Patent Law and was participating as author to the Commentary of the new Italian Intellectual Property Code. She joined mondoBIOTECH in 2005 as Legal Counsel and moved then in 2006 to the role of Chief Operating Officer. Maria Teresa is born in 1973.
