Ruggero graduated in Engineering from the Politecnico of Milan and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago. He has extensive experience in startups having successfully contributed to the growth and expansion of several companies in the technology arena worldwide. He brings strategic leadership and operational expertise and remains academically involved in the field of Applied Mathematics. He was born in 1965.

Dr. habil. Dorian Bevec is Mondobiotech’s Chief Scientific Officer and Scientific Auditor-in-Chief and a co-founder of Mondobiotech. Dorian Bevec holds a Ph.D. (Dr. rer. nat.) from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich and a habilitation (Venia Docendi) from the University of Vienna. Prior to that, Dorian Bevec had been working as Head of Molecular Biology and project team leader at the Sandoz Research Institute in Vienna for ten years and at Axxima AG in Martinsried for two years. Dorian Bevec was born in 1957.

Mr. Barbieri brings over 25 years of senior management, financial and capital market experience to his new post. Prior to joining mondoBIOTECH, he was Deputy CEO and Chief Investment Officer at Pioneer Alternative Investments, he has successfully founded and managed Akros HFR Alternative Investments and has been Managing Director and Head of Equity Capital Markets at Banca Akros for several years.

Maria Teresa has obtained a degree in law at the University of Parma in 2000 and is admitted to bar since 2003. She gained an in-depth knowledge and experience in international commercial law and intellectualproperty law, with a specialization in patents and copyright. Her professional experience started with the a post degree work at the University of Parma, where she was then admitted to the Doctorate in Commercial Law and Intellectual Property. Then, she worked as associate in the international law firm Freshfield Bruckhaus Deringer in Milan and Paris, where she was assisting international leading software companies and worldwide leading magazines for copyright infringement. Maria Teresa joined then the Intellectual Property Law Office of Avvocati Associati in Milan, working for many years as senior associate together with Prof. Mario Franzosi in international patent litigations, assisting biotech, pharmaceutical and international fashion industry in licensing and patent infringement litigations worlwide. Maria Teresa is author of many publications in the field of Copyright and Patent Law and was participating as author to the Commentary of the new Italian Intellectual Property Code. She joined mondoBIOTECH in 2005 as Legal Counsel, moved then in 2006 to the role of Chief Operating Officer and is now since 2011 responsible of Corporate Affairs & Business Support.
